1. General
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the Bull Pharm online store.

2. Products
Bull Pharm offers sports nutrition and nutritional products, including protein, creatine, electrolytes and other nutritional products.
Product descriptions, images, ingredients, nutritional information, recommended use, warnings and other product information are provided on the relevant product page and/or product packaging.
We reserve the right to correct product descriptions, pricing errors or other inaccuracies.
Nutritional products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They should be used in accordance with the instructions and recommended serving information provided with the product.
Customers should read the product label and applicable warnings before use.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
By placing an order through our online store, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.
After receiving your order, we will send an order confirmation by email.
The contract is concluded when we accept your order, for example by confirming the order or dispatching the products.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed in our online store are stated in euros and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.
Payment methods available at checkout may include credit card, debit card, PayPal and other payment methods offered through our payment providers.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship orders from Germany or the European Union.
Orders may be delivered to customers and distributors in Germany, other European countries, India, the United Arab Emirates and the United States, subject to the shipping destinations and methods available at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are:
Germany and European Union: approximately 2–7 business days
India and United Arab Emirates: approximately 5–15 business days
United States: approximately 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply for a new delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy applies to returns, refunds and exchanges.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights, including applicable statutory warranty rights and the statutory right of withdrawal.
For customers in the European Union, statutory consumer withdrawal rights apply as required by applicable law.

8. Statutory Warranty Rights
Consumers are entitled to the statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at infobp@bullpharm.de so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
9. Product Use and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for using products according to the instructions, recommended serving information and warnings provided on the product packaging.
Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate, particularly if they have questions about whether a product is suitable for them.
Bull Pharm does not provide medical advice through its website or product descriptions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Bull Pharm website, including trademarks, logos, product images, photographs, text, graphics, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Bull Pharm and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Bull Pharm name and logo may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used without prior written permission.

Customers agree to use the Bull Pharm website only for lawful purposes.
Customers must not use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the website or interfere with its availability or security.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where necessary to protect our business, customers or website systems.
12. Availability and Errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, occasional errors, inaccuracies or technical problems may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information and change product availability, prices or other information where necessary.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
We remain liable in accordance with applicable statutory law.
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, technical failures or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
15. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless required by applicable law.
Consumers may contact us directly first so that we can attempt to resolve any complaint or issue.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
16. Applicable Law
German law applies to these Terms of Service, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country where the consumer has their habitual residence.
