Return & Refund Policy
At Bull Pharm, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions about your order or wish to request a return, please contact us at infobp@bullpharm.de before sending any products back.
Returns
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the applicable withdrawal period. After notifying us, the goods must be returned without undue delay and, where applicable, within 14 days.
Products should be returned in the condition in which they were received and, where possible, in their original packaging. You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Sealed Nutrition and Supplement Products
For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed nutrition and supplement products may not be eligible for return once their protective seal has been opened or removed, where the statutory exception under applicable law applies.
Unopened and properly sealed products remain subject to the applicable statutory withdrawal and consumer protection rights.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
Please contact us at infobp@bullpharm.de and provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the product and its packaging. We will assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Your statutory rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed an eligible returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the refund will generally be made using the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
For consumers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal within the European Union, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning products.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect product, Bull Pharm will provide appropriate instructions regarding the return and, where applicable, the associated return costs.
International Returns
Customers outside the European Union, including customers in India, the United Arab Emirates and the United States, may be subject to different consumer protection, customs and return requirements depending on the destination country.
